Casina Grassi is a19th-century residence immersed in the countryside of Salento, only 15 km away from the seaside. It is the ideal location for a holiday combining a beach break with rural escapism. The 250-sqm villa includes a large kitchen with a view on two terraces, a spacious living room, a sitting room, a reading area, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also includes another small terrace fitted with a hot water shower.

Two connected bedrooms (suitable for a group of 5 people): a double room with additional single bed and a twin room with an additional small bed for children aged up to 6/7 years. The two bedrooms share a large external bathroom.
In the living area there is a single bedroom looking onto the grand terrace. The bathroom is located next to the room.
The villa is located within a fenced area near the house of the owners’ family.
